Startup launch
Attracted internal & external investment
Decarbonisation
As part of a small team, we launched an MVP startup that secured both internal and external investments, focused on strategic CO₂ emissions reduction toward the net-zero 2050 goal, and expanded the core team.
My role
Leadership
- Design Management:
managed Agile UX backlog, responsible for the product vision and strategy (Ideation brainstorming with a core team, estimations, UX Roadmap, KPIs)
- Researcher:
1-1 interviews, moderated prototype testing
- UI Designer:
low&high-fidelity wireframing, platform UI design, creating and maintaining design library based on the enterprise design system.
Problem
Opportunity
How might companies track, plan, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions in alignment with the 2015 Paris Climate Agreement targets to reach net-zero 2050 goal?
Solution
Execution plan
Provide a unique solution for measure, plan, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions in alignment with the 2015 Paris Climate Agreement targets:
1. Pitch the concept to internal stakeholders
2. Secure internal investments
3. Present an idea at industry forums
4. Attract external investment
Results
Internal & External investments
Result 1. Bronze prize for a Figma prototype -> Idea sold -> Startup gained internal investments -> Expanded core team
Result 2. MVP gained 85% potential customers (internal and external) -> Startup gained external investments for expantion.
Result 3. Core team expanded for 2 streams.

Communication provider
One of the biggest UK communication providers cooperated with the aim to set up game-changer functionality based on the simplified digital journeys to increase potential user requests for the company’s B2B service.
My role
Leadership
- Led product design direction across two streams
- Educated the client team on design in Agile/Scrum practices
- Covered a BA role for two months
- Initiated and established a Design System
- Collaborated closely with PO and Head of Digital.
Problem
Opportunity
How might we improve the B2B service journey to increase conversions while introducing consistent UI standards and better cross-team collaboration?
Solution
Execution plan
1. Redesign the core digital journey based on Siteimprove analytics insights and user research. Conduct moderated usability testing, IA card sorting.
2. Establish a Design System to unify design, development, and content practices across multiple project streams.
Results
Internal & External investments
Result 1. Improved clarity of the user journey and validated design decisions through usability testing and website conversion rate.
Result 2. Built trust with the client, expanded the design team, and launched a Design System used across streams.

fintech
AI-focused presale based on exploring how AI can reshape the user experience of a fintech product with Cieden Agency.
My role
UI direction
- Set up the UI design foundation in Figma, including design tokens and auto-layout structures;
- Prepared a reusable UI file optimized for fast iteration and demo readiness;
- Adapted existing component libraries, 21st.dev, shadcn/ui, heroui) to match the presale concept;
- Designed key screens and UI states used in the interactive demo;
- Collaborated with designers and engineers to align visuals with the demo flow.
Problem
Opportunity
How might we explore AI-driven solutions to improve the user experience of a fintech product?
Results
Idea demo
The team delivered an interactive demo used in a competitive presale context, allowing the client to experience a multimodal banking flow within realistic technical boundaries. The UI work helped communicate the concept clearly during internal reviews and client presentations.

Non-project activities
Activities focused on supporting designers at different stages of their careers and contributing to social and educational programs.
My role
Mentor & Lecturer
1. Mentor for the L1–L2 Design Boost program
2. Mentor for the Middle to Senior PDP program
3. Lecturer for the children’s social education project PixLab Education
4. Project coordinator and lecturer at OffGrid Design School (2019-2020)
5. Mentor in the national initiative IT Generationit-generation.gov.ua
Results
Learn & Share
Across these initiatives, 13 mentees were supported through structured mentorship programs. A workshop facilitated at OffGrid Design School was nominated by students as one of the most engaging sessions, earning 3rd place among 20 lectures and workshops.
The PixLab social project gave five children from incomplete families the opportunity to study design free of charge.
E-commerce
Enhancing the delivery of digital assets and automating metadata tagging and validation to increase efficiency (DAM based on Sitecore Content Hub project). Those issues led to operational inefficiencies, longer asset delivery time and poor feedback from content managers.
My role
leadership
- Assessed the UX/UI experience and proposed changes.
- Based on proposed changes I estimated the work and proposed to expand UX/UI team due to 3 departments requests capacity, which was not previously available to EPAM team:
1 part-time designer, 1 more full-time designer
- Managed design backlog
Problem
Opportunity
How might we drive additional revenue while improving product preparation efficiency for the client?
Results
Optimization & revenue
This upsell initiative driven by my experience consulting allowed to create more open-door opportunities (expanded team size +2 Middle UXD) for EPAM, as well as led to additional 5-10% revenue generation for the project as well as for customer it increased efficiency by 15% of product preparation.
